BACK: With Pink cast on 78 stitches (sts). Work in garter st [knit (K) each row] for 6 rows. Work even in stockinette st [K 1 row, Purl (P) 1 row] until back measures 6 inches from beginning.
Next 2 Rows. Bind off 3 sts at beginning of each row.
Next 2 Rows. Bind off 2 sts at beginning of each row, then decrease 1 st on each side every other row twice (64 sts). Work even until armhole measures 3 ½ inches from 1st decreasing point. (More)
BACK: With Blue on No. 1 needles, cast on 100 stitches (sts) and work in ribbing of knit (K) 1, purl (P) 1 for 1 ¼ inches. Change to No. 2 needles and work in stockinette st (K 1 row, P 1 row) until back measures 8 ½ inches from beginning ending with a K row.
YOKE PATTERN RIBBING: 1st and 2nd Rows. Work in ribbing of K 1, P 1, at the same time bind off 5 sts at the beginning of each row, drop Blue.

Remove about 2 yds. from skein for tying. Wind remainder of skein over a 6 inch cardboard. Remove from cardboard.
Using a double strand of yarn tie one end loosely making it about 2 inches wide (bottom). Tie tightly 1 ½ inches from opposite end for hair. Trim hair as illustrated. Tie 2 inches from last tying for neck. (More)
