Block jumper to measurements given. With main color work 1 row of sc around bottom of skirt and top of bodice. With contrasting color, work sc in each st around. With main color work sc in one st and dc in next st alternately around. Fasten off. With contrasting color embroider bodice as in illustration, using long and short, and outline stitches. Press with hot iron through damp cloth. Sew 2 buttons at each side of front of bodice for straps (on inside). Button straps onto buttons, then sew other ends of straps to back, adjusting to proper length. If desired, work casing for elastic at inside of waistband as follows: Sl st at center of waistband, * ch 4, sl st in 4th st to the left slightly below previous sl st, ch 4, sl st in 4th st to the left slightly above previous sl st.
