Bind off 6 sts at beginning of next 2 rows, then 7 sts for 6 times. Bind off remaining 32 sts for back of neck.

Front. Cast on 104 sts in same manner as done for the back, and work in ribbing for 4 inches. Change to larger needles and k 1 row, increasing 1 st in every 6th st (121 sts on needle). P next row. Work in pattern to correspond with back, until there are 7 rows even after the last armhole decrease, ending with k row. On the next p row, work over 1st 45 sts, turn (leaving remaining 48 sts on needle to be worked later for left side of front), and cast on 8 sts, k 9, work pattern across. On p row, work the last 8 sts in garter st. Work 2 more rows. On next row (5th) make a buttonhole by binding off 4th, 5th, 6th sts; and on the p row cast on 3 sts to correspond to those bound off. Work 4 more rows, then bind off 9 sts on next k row once, then 2 sts on each k row, until there are 28 sts left. Then on the p row (shoulder end) bind off 6 sts once, and 7 each p row until no sts are left, working neck edge even. Break off. Left Front. Join thread at front, k the first 3 sts, p across.
