Cast on 86 sts. K 2 P 2 in ribbing until piece measures 8½ inches. First Decrease Row—K 2 together across row. Second Decrease Row—P 2 together across row. Repeat these 2 rows until 6 sts remain. Draw yarn through last 6 sts with a darning needle. Sew sides together. With double yarn, make a loose ch 15 inches long and trim as illustrated.
