Size 25 x 30 inch.

MATERIAL:
4 skeins Knitting Worsted or Orion Sayelle (4 oz. skein)
or
5 skeins Orion Acrylic 2 ply (2 oz. skein)
1 pair knitting needles No. 8

GAUGE: 5 sts. = 1 inch

NOTE: If Orion Acrylic 2 ply is used, use 2 strands.
Cast on 123 sts. with No. 8 needles and work in seed st. for 2 inch. Change to pattern:
1st row: * work 13 sts. seed st., P2, K3, P2, K8, P2, K8, P2, K8, P2, K3, P2 repeat from * once more end work 13 sts. seed st.
2nd row: * work 13 sts. seed st., K2, P3, K2, P8, K2, P8, K2, P8, K2, P3, K2 repeat from * once more end work 13 sts. seed st.
Repeat these 2 rows once more.
5th row: * work 13 sts. seed st., P2, K3, P2, slip next 4 sts. to an extra needle and hold in front of work, K next 4 sts., K the 4 sts. from extra needle (a cable made), P2, cable next K8 sts., P2, cable next K8 sts., P2, K3, P2 repeat from * once more end work 13 sts. seed st.
6th row: work as 2nd row.
7th row: work as 1st row.
8th row: work as 2nd row.
Repeat these 8 rows for pattern thus cabling the K8 sts. every 8th row on right side. Work even until piece measures 28 inch. Change to seed st. and work even on 123 sts. for 2 inch. Bind off in pattern. Block to size.
