This free pattern originally published by Hilde as Clothes for Fashion Model Dolls, Volume 99.

MATERIAL:
¼ oz. Knitting Worsted
1 pair knitting needles No. 5
3 small buttons

GAUGE: 5 sts. = 1 inch.

BACK:

Cast on 16 sts. with No. 5 needles and work in rib¬bing K 1, P 1 for 2 rows. Change to stock. st. and work even for 12 rows. Bind off for armhole at the beg. of the next 2 rows 2 sts. Shape raglan armhole: 1st row: K 1, slip 1, K 1, p.s.s.o., work to within 3 sts., K2tog., K 1. 2nd row: P back. Repeat these 2 rows 3 times more. Rem. 4 sts. bind off.

FRONT:

Cast on 10 sts. with No. 5 needles and work in ribbing K 1, P 1 for 2 rows. Change to stock. st. and keep the 2 center sts. in garter st. for border and work for 12 rows, at the same time decr. 1 st. for V neck every 3rd row behind the border sts. 2 times. Bind off for armhole at the beg. of the next row 2 sts. and shape raglan as on back 4 times. Rem. 2 sts. work for 4 rows for neckband. Work the other front to correspond.

SLEEVE:

Cast on 10 sts. with No. 5 needles and work in ribbing K 1, P 1 for 2 rows. Change to stock. st. and work even for 4 rows. Incr. 1 st. at the beg. and at the end of every other row twice. With 14 sts. work even until sleeve has 12 rows. Bind off at the beg. of the next 2 rows 2 sts. Shape raglan armhole as on back 4 times. Rem. 2 sts. bind off. Work the other sleeve to correspond.

FINISHING:

Sew up side and sleeve seams. Sew sleeves to front and back of jacket. Sew up neckband and sew to back of neck. Sew buttons in place and block to size.
