Striped Mittens: Use same instructions, working 2 rounds or 2 rows of each of 2 or more colors.
Children’s Snowman Mittens: Use same instructions and embroider snowman with Angora on back.
Women’s Mittens may be trimmed with colored sequins and beads or as desired.

1 Pr. Standard No. 3 Needles—14 in.
Jack Frost Fingering Fleece—2 1-oz. Balls

Cast on 64 sts. Work in pattern as follows:
Row 1—* slip 1, K. 1, Y. O., repeat from *, ending slip 1, K. 1.
Row 2—* slip 1, K. 2 tog., (the Y. O. and slip 1 of previous row), Y. O., repeat from * ending Y. O., slip 1, K. 1.
Repeat row 2 for 12 in. Bind off.
Fold and sew tog. for 2 in. Skip 2 in., and sew to end.
