Knitted Cap Pattern #2011

Materials Required–AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY 
"DAWN" SAXONY TYPE YARN OR "DAWN" BABY YARN 
1 ¾-oz. Ball. 
1 Pr. Bone Knitting Needles No. 1.

Cast on 102 sts and work in ribbing of K 2, P 2 for ⅞ inch, then * K 1 row, P 1 row, K 1 row, P 1 row, K 1 row. Repeat from * 9 times. 
Next 2 Rows–Bind off 34 sts at the beginning of each row. Work on the 34 center sts following pattern for 3¾ inches, bind off. Sew each side of the center section to the bound off sts. 
Pick up 110 sts around entire bottom of cap and K 2, P 2 for ⅞ inch, bind off. Finish with rosettes as illustrated.
