Honeycomb Chair Set Pattern #7381

MATERIALS:
J. & P. COATS KNIT-CRO-SHEEN, 1 ball of White or Ecru, or 2 balls of any color.
Milward's Casein Knitting Pins, 1 pair No. 2 (2¼ mm. size).

GAUGE: 6 sts make 1 inch; 10 rows make 1 inch.

Chair Back—about 11 x 15 inches
Arm Pieces—about 7 x 11 inches

CHAIR BACK … Starting at bottom, cast on 84 sts. Work in garter st (k each row) for 6 rows, then work in pattern as follows: 1st row: K 5, * O, k 2 tog. Repeat from * across to last 5 sts, then k 5. 2nd row: Knit. 3rd row: K 5, * k 2 tog., O. Repeat from * across to last 5 sts, then k 5. 4th row: Knit. Repeat these 4 rows for pattern until piece measures about 10 inches; then work 6 rows of garter st and bind off.

ARM PIECES … Cast on 38 sts and work as for chair back.
