Fringe: Cut 5 inch lengths of both White and Scarlet (twice as many in White than in Scarlet). * Take 2 strands of White, double in half and loop through 1st st at either short end, skip 1 st, take a single strand of Scarlet, double in half and loop through next st, repeat from * across edge. Work other end in same manner alternating colors and on sides work in every other row.
