Row 2—K 4, P across, K last 4 sts. Row 3—K 21, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 12, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 38, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 12, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 21. Row 4—K 4, P across, K last 4 sts. Row 5—K 22, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 14, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 40, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 14, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 22. Row 6—K 4, P across, K last 4 sts. Row 7—K 24, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 16, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 42, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 16, Y.O., K 1, Y.O., K 24. Row 8—K across. SLEEVES: Work 42 sts in pattern as follows: Row 1—* K 2 tog, Y.O; repeat from * across row. Row 2—P. Row 3—K. Row 4—P. Row 5—K. Row 6—K. Repeat these 6 rows 8 times. Next row—Decrease 6 sts at even intervals, K 12 rows. Bind off. Work 2nd sleeve the same. Join fronts and back. Work in pattern, keeping 1st and last 4 sts in garter st for 7 inches. K 12 rows. Bind off.
