Starting at neck, with No. 3 Circular Needle, cast on 94 sts. Work as follows:
Row 1—Purl.
Row 2—K. 2, increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. (seam sts.), K. 15 (sleeve), increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. (seam sts.), K. 48 (back), increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. (seam sts.), K. 15 (sleeve), increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st., K. 2.
Row 3—and all uneven rows, Purl.
Row 4—K. 1, increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. (seam sts.), K. 17 (sleeve), increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. (seam sts.), K. 50 (back), increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. (seam sts.), K. 17 (sleeve), increase in the next st., K. 1, increase in the next st. Purl back. Cast on 32 sts. for front of neck. Join. Continue working as described above, discontinuing 1st and last in­creases, and continuing to increase in the 8 seam sts. until raglan measures 11 in. Then knit across to 1st sleeve seam. Leave sts. on circular needle. With No. 3 straight Needles, knit across sleeve to 2nd seam. Leaving remaining sts. on Circular Needle, work even on sleeve for 6 rows. Then de­crease 1 st. at each end every 5th row to 68 sts. Work even until sleeve measures 18½ in., or desired length from underarm. Change to No. 1 Needles, decreasing to 60 sts. at even intervals across the row. Work as follows: Row 1—K. 2, P. 1, repeat across row. Row 2—K. 1, P. 2, repeat across row. Repeat above 2 rows for 3½ in. Bind off. Attach yarn at underarm, and work across back to 3rd raglan seam. With straight Needles, work other sleeve to correspond. Attach yarn, at underarm, and work even in stockinette st., joining seams at underarm, until piece measures 11 in., or desired length from underarm. Change to No. 1 Circular Needle, de­creasing to 264 sts. at even intervals around the row. Work in ribbing of K. 2, P. 1, for 4 in. Bind off.

NECKBAND: With No. 1 Circular Needle, on right side of garment, pick up 153 sts. around neck opening. Work in ribbing of K. 2, P. 1, for ¾ in. Bind off.
Sew sleeve seams.
